The reader was very kind and has a lovely presence, but I felt that a significant portion of the session was spent gathering basic information rather than diving into the reading. There was also some confusion regarding my gender, which felt a bit disconnected given my name is Jacques. While she is a nice person, her reading style wasn't the right match for me. I requested a refund due to these concerns, but it was declined. She stated that she could not. Its not that she could not she would not.
