I paid $10 for 10 minute reading before the session started. But only received the service for 7 minutes. The reading started at 3.15pm and finished at 3.22 pm. I explained about it wasting my time but she did not agree. It was an awful experience. Just be ethical. If I lie & want free minutes, would I pay you $10 at the beginning before the reading? It took me a few more minutes to explain that the real reading was done for 7 minutes. Be careful of her all the clients out there. I already made a complaint about you to Bitwine. Bitwine has given me 2 options. 1st is to remove the feedback ($10 will be refunded) and the 2nd is to leave a feedback. I chose to leave a feedback because of the mail she sent me via Bitwine stating that the universe is watching me, I have a bad vibe, I am ridiculous, childish and one day it will come to me. I don't deserve any of that. Please stop sending me more mails via Bitwine, if you do, I will report you again to Bitwine. Be ethical please.
