First Reiki session with Alana, I felt like one was much needed after some recent heavy/stressful events I was still feeling the effects of. She kindly explained her process and what to expect prior to charging me for any time. She answered all of my questions and checked in with me to make sure I was okay throughout. Encouraged me to share anything i might be feeling. I went into this with a very open mind and hopeful to get the most I could out of it. I did feel physical sensations of warmth, tingling, and pressure, but nothing uncomfortable, and always felt safe. I will be returning for another follow up session soon!
