WOW, Alana very accurately predicted a competing bid offer on a piece of real estate we were interested in. She also saw shenanigans with MY realtor and not in my favor, it was hard to believe at the moment she said that but sure enough she was correct, the winning bid was exact to my bid which was put in first. I walked away from what the realtors were trying to create, a bidding war.

The first reading went great, so I returned for a follow-up. This one did not. It is okay for a reading to be wrong or for a reader to say they are not connecting. It is not okay to accuse a client of illegal behavior without a factual basis simply because the client challenges assertions that do not match observable facts. At no time did I request a refund, so the claim that this review is “retaliation” is false. After I disputed factual statements in the reading, the response escalated from accusing me of stalking, to claiming I have an “agenda,” to saying I am “hurting” and trying to “hurt others,” and now to labeling me a “serial negative reviewer.” None of those personal attacks address the actual issue I reported. Disagreeing with a reading is not an agenda. Reporting inappropriate conduct is not retaliation. Accusing a paying client of criminal behavior without a factual basis is not acceptable.
