Alana is the best, as always! She is very on point with what she sees and I will keep coming back to her. I always look for specific examples when I'm looking at reviews on here, so I can say that last week she told me that a house I was interested in buying was going back on the market but had major structural damage so it would not be the best for me to go for. Prior to that reading, the realtor told me there was an issue with the buyer and the house might/might not go back on market--the house looked fine, so there was nothing indicating damage. the next day after the reading, i found out the house was back on the market/no longer under contract, but the realtor showed me it had a bunch of cracks in the main beam and some sort of lateral buckling damage too which is major structural issues for sure. Alana really is gifted!
