She was very helpful with bringing clarity to my situation. She was quick with her responses and I know for a fact was on target about my POI and the situation. Not only did she give me great details but I appreciated the fact that she was honest about not being able to answer one of my questions( medical-pregnancy.) I appreciate honesty and knowing one’s limits over making up things or guessing.
