Hayley has been great at giving me guidance with my situation and where to focus my energy. Unfortunately contact didn't happen within timeframes given. In fairness yes Hayley has stated that timeframes are not her strength but she still believed in outcome so I will try to not focus on timeframe and remain hopeful. Thanks.
