Ms. Sara-Jacquelyn was very nice and a fast typist. I do feel that she allowed her personal feelings to interfere with giving me the advice I really needed. At one point she suggested I look to my grandmothers for advice (which would have been free). All in all, I think she was decent and I may have felt differently had I asked different questions.
