How to tell if he is just not that into you

One. Consistency drops If his messages, calls, or effort become inconsistent and he only reaches out when it is convenient, he is likely not prioritizing the connection.

Two. You feel like you are always initiating When you stop reaching out, the communication slows down or stops entirely. If you are the one keeping the connection alive, that is a sign he is not investing.

Three. He gives you vague answers If he avoids direct questions, dodges conversations about plans, or keeps everything in a grey area, he is not building anything real with you.

Four. He does not make space for you Someone who is genuinely interested will carve out time, even if they are busy. If you feel like an afterthought, you probably are.

Five. The energy is hot and cold If he is warm one day and distant the next, that inconsistency usually points to lukewarm feelings rather than real interest.

Six. He does not show curiosity about your life A man who cares will want to know who you are. If he never asks questions, never follows up, and never engages deeply, he is not emotionally invested.

Seven. The connection only moves forward physically If the emotional or practical side of the relationship does not progress, but the physical side is emphasized, he is not prioritizing real intimacy.

Eight. You feel anxious instead of valued Your body will often tell you the truth before your mind does. If you constantly feel uncertain, confused, or unappreciated, he is not showing up in the way you deserve.
